Losing weight with Wii Fit

Yes, Wii Fit is an highly effective method to lose weight, but only if you do it right. And doing it right means doing it the hard way regularly - Jogging, Rhythm Boxing and Tightrope Tension in combination with Press-Up Challenges and Yoga exercises several times a week.

Wii Fit helped me to look almost as good now
as I did 10 years ago, in fact it made me lose 10 kilos in 180 days.

Motivation should be enhanced by competition. Either competition with friends and family or - much better - with the whole world on Wii-Records.com.
