Wii Fit Jogging instruction

Although there are players on Wii-Records.com with way better Jogging results I may be able to give some hints how to achieve scores beyond 200%, even in level 1.

First you gotta learn how to jog on the spot with constant step speed all the time. Just don't get out of step.

Second you gotta make sure that you swing enough. Be easy, bend your knees, swing your arms, the Wiimote in your pants pocket has to cover a certain distance, that's the key.

Don't jog too fast, that game is not about speed. Good luck.
